Thank you so much to everyone who came out to the 2024 Sawdust City Fright Fest! Our committee dedicates a lot of time to putting together a fun and frightening film festival, and we have been so fortunate to have such amazing films to share with you all. Without you, our audience, we wouldn’t exist.
This year was full of outstanding films, 19 shorts and 3 feature length films over 2 days, and even more outstanding filmmakers. Although over 75% of this year’s line up was homegrown Wisconsin made, there were also fantastic selections from all over the country and around the world. We want to give a great big thank you to all the filmmakers who came out and participated in some Q&A with our own Mark the Movieman and our audience.
As always, we thank The TIME Community Theater for hosting the Sawdust City Fright Fest, and indeed the other mini-fests we do throughout the year. The TIME is a non-profit, entirely volunteer run community theater in beautiful downtown Oshkosh, WI. Not only do they host our fright fest, they show many independent films, screen 2nd run films, as well as host many great live events. all of which are reasonably priced.
